Lagos airport staff dies after rounds of sex

Sikiru Olanrewaju was a clearing agent with an aviation company at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja. He had left home on Tuesday, August 23 for a tryst with his lover, where he met his death. According to the Lagos state police command he lost his life after a marathon sex bout with his lover on Surulere Street in the Abule Egba area of Lagos.


Olanrewaju who was 37-year-old, was found dead in a room after spending the night with his girlfriend. The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), SP Dolapo Badmos, who confirmed the incident to newsmen said: “A team of police detectives from the Oke-Odo Police Division visited, examined, and photographed the scene. We discovered that there was no trace of violence on the body. The corpse has been deposited in a morgue.” “Investigation is ongoing,” the PPRO also stated. According to PUNCH, after Olanrewaju arrived at his lover’s apartment on August 23, they were said to have eaten the same food and drank the same water.

They reportedly had sexual relations afterwards. At about 5a.m on the morning of August 24, the yet-to-be named lover reportedly woke up to go to work and discovered he was unresponsive. She reportedly tried hard to wake him up, but when he remained unresponsive, she raised the alarm which drew the attention of residents, including the landlady, who reported at the Oke-Odo Police Division. Meanwhile, following a disagreement, a 43-year-old teacher, Gbemisola Edward, and her 11-year-old daughter, Dolapo, have been confirmed dead at an Ogun State hospital after suffering from severe burns. According to PUNCH, the woman’s husband, Joshua, was said to have poured petrol on her, their daughter, and his seven-year-old son, Samson, and set fire on them. The son of the couple, 16-year-old, Joshua Babatunde who barely escaped, said his stepfather had wanted his mother to sell their three-bedroom apartment, but she refused.
